I recommend serving it with garlic bread. :)Loaded Spaghetti Bake12 oz. spaghetti noodles1 lb. hamburger (I used Italian Sausage instead)1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped green pepper1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce1 can (4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided1 can cream of chicken soup1 carton (10 oz) refridgerated Alfredo sauce1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup cornflake crumbs- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. In a large skillet, cook the meat, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the spaghetti sauce and mushrooms. Drain spaghetti; add to skillet.
- Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese. In a small bowl, combine the soup, Alfredo sauce, and Parmesan cheese; spread over the cheddar cheese. In another bowl, combine cornflake crumbs and remaining cheddar cheese; sprinkle over the top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. YIELD: 8-10 servings
Taco Biscuit Bake1 lb. ground beef2/3 cup water1 envelope taco seasoning2 tubes (12 oz each) refridgerated buttermilk biscuits1 can (15 oz) chili con carne1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseSalsa and sour cream, optionalIn a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes.Meanwhile, quarter the biscuits; place them in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Spread beef mixture over the biscuits. Next, spread the chili con carne. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden brown. Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.

Peanut Butter Cake Bars2/3 cup butter, softened2/3 cup peanut butter1 cup sugar1 cup brown sugar, packed4 eggs2 tsp. vanilla extract2 cups all-purpose flour2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 pkg milk chocolate chipsIn a large bow, cream the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addtion. Beat in vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.Spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
